Shipping Policy – Ontario

We currently ship within Ontario using Chit Chats for reliable and trackable delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or special events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size through Chit Chats.
Estimated delivery time within Ontario is 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup may be available at The Corner Store on Christie, 230 Christie Street, Toronto. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
